Owner-operator

Why neighbors callNahum direct.

Most big lawn outfits in DFW route a different crew through your block every other week. That’s why your gate keeps getting left open. I’m a one-man operation — same truck, same morning, every week, for seven years now.

The big-truck route

You get a different name every visit.

  • Different crew, different week, often a different language barrier.
  • The walk gets blown into the street. The gate gets left open.
  • Sales rep at the door, then a 1-800 number when something’s off.
  • Auto-pay locked in, hard to actually cancel, surprise upsells.

Calling Nahum

Same truck, same morning, every week.

  • One operator, one phone number — the one you’re calling now.
  • Walks blown clean. Gate latched. Dog still in the yard.
  • Text or call on my cell when something needs adjusting.
  • No contract. Cancel any time, no fee, no chase.

“If something’s off, you’re calling me, not a call center. That’s the whole pitch — and seven years in Irving says it works.”

What we do

Lawn care thatactually shows

Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Weekly Mowing

Same morning, every week — front, back, side yards, edged borders, and the walk and drive blown clean before I roll out.

starts at $45 · per visit

Edging & Trimming

Power-edged borders along beds, walks, and driveway — and string-trimmed clean around fences, posts, and trees.

starts at $25 · per visit

Bed Maintenance

Pull weeds by hand, prune at the right time of year, and keep the front beds looking like someone tends them.

starts at $85 · per visit

Spring & Fall Cleanups

The big two — leaves, sticks, dead growth out; mulch, edges, and beds reset for the next season.

starts at $95 · per visit

Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Spring start-up, summer adjustments, fall blow-out — and I’ll fix that one head you keep meaning to call about.

starts at $95 · per visit

Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

starts at $95 · per visit

Hedge & Shrub Trim

Boxwoods, hollies, and red-tip photinias trimmed to a clean line — with the clippings hauled out, not left at the curb.

starts at $60 · per visit

Sod Installation

Bermuda, zoysia, or St. Augustine — graded, laid tight, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow.

starts at $750 · per visit

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

The route I drive

Anchored on the canal.

Most Mondays start in Las Colinas — the homes along the Mandalay Canal — and the route works outward from there into Coppell, Valley Ranch, and west into Grand Prairie. If your address is on this map, odds are I drive past it already.

Send me your street and I’ll tell you straight if it works.
  • Las Colinascanal-side homes & Williams Square offices
  • Valley Ranchcul-de-sacs north of 635
  • Hackberry Creekgated community, Friday route
  • University Hillsolder oaks, leaf-heavy in the fall
  • Coppelleast side, Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Cottonwood ValleyFour Seasons / TPC area
  • Song / Las Colinas Parktownhomes near the canal
  • Grand Prairienorth of I-30, when the route lines up

Not in one of these? Still text me — DFW central is bigger than my regular route and I’ll always answer honestly about whether I can fit you in.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

Nahum was great — all the work was done as promised and on short notice. We will keep using him.

Same morning every Friday for almost two years now. Gate latched, dog still in the yard, walk blown clean. I do not have to think about the lawn anymore.

Cynthia P.

via Google

I called Nahum on a Tuesday for a sale-prep cleanup before a Saturday open house. He walked the property Wednesday and the yard looked photo-ready by Friday afternoon. Fair price too.

Good to know

Frequently asked

  • Both. Weekly customers are most of the route because the lawn stays healthier on a regular cut, but I do one-time mows, sale-prep yard cleanups, and fill-ins for folks with a regular guy who is on vacation.
